“Another Beast Out of the Earth,” Part One
I stand before
you today to give honor, glory, and esteem to the most “powerful”
of all that there is, and that is the Messiah, 
. To
many, He might not “look” like much. To many, He may even appear impotent and powerless, because He is suffering in
the hands of the United States government. One who is “unversed” in the
Scriptures would think, “He is but a man. If He is the Messiah, the Chosen of God,
, why
can’t He save Himself? Let Him come down from the cross and we will believe
Him. If He trusts in , and proclaims to be the
Son of God, , why won’t
deliver
Him?” However, this is because one that is “unversed” in the Scriptures
does not know what the Messiah “must” go through, and they are unaware that if
He didn’t suffer the things that He has, then He would not possibly be the
Messiah, the one promised to come in the Old Testament.
Well, for those who question His power, I have one answer in return, and that is: if you do not believe His power from the first “sign”--Him taking on the most hellacious and difficult task of suffering on the cross of judicial murder for the sins of the world--then you will believe the latter sign. There will come a time when you will say in your mind, “Now why didn’t I just hearken to the first sign?”
The power
and might of , in the latter
sign, demonstrated by His agents of destruction, such as sweeping floods,
terrible hurricanes, spinning tornadoes, violent storms, monstrous landslides, massive
earthquakes, unstoppable fires, and anything else of that “nature.” You will
find out that
controls
nature--all of which the government of America has no control over. You just
wait, and you will soon see more wars, more diseases, more
famine, and more problems in the economy--enough to devastate and
shutdown the whole country of America, as well as, all other countries. There
are no weapons formed by the hands of man that can prohibit His natural
elements from obeying His voice!
As
uses
His agents of destruction to turn the world upside down, the
world “shall” be a witness to the fact that does not
need the approval of the U.S. government or a unanimous vote by the U.S.
Supreme Court to walk free as the “Mighty God,” because He shall soon
make their lands desolate and lay them to waste. His unparalleled might
shall surpass all “earthly” power, and there will be nothing created by the
hands of man that shall prosper against Him! There is soon coming a time when
shall declare, Himself, FREE--the walls of
America will be laid on the ground as in Jericho, and will
walk right over them, clean out of America, in the same fashion as Moses did in
the land of Egypt. THIS WILL BE A TRIUMPHANT DAY AND A “SURE”
SIGN OF HIS POWER IN THE LATTER DAY. Praise

It is, indeed, a
pleasure to welcome all of you to this seminar, entitled, “The Beast Out of
The Earth,” Part One. Praise
. The churches have given us a very limited
understanding of what to expect from this beast from the Book of
Revelation, Chapter 13. Most of the times, whether most will admit it or not,
you leave the church more confused than when you went. And, “if” you do
happen to comprehend anything at all, the most you acquire, between the pastor
whooping and hollering, is that this beast out of the earth is of the “antichrist.”
In addition, you are never given an understanding of how to identify this
beast, nor are you supplied any facts surrounding the event of him coming up
out of the earth. Your churches have made you dependant upon their finite
teachings, and they know that as long as you are oblivious to the truth, they shall
forever have control over your mind.
Well, today’s
seminar is not about gaining control over your mind or leaving you oblivious to
the truth; it is rather to teach you the “truth” about what you are oblivious
to. In this seminar, we offer you an understanding, as well as, convincing and
documented evidence to support this beast coming up out of the earth.

Let us initiate this seminar by opening our Bibles and reading our foundation Scripture, which is found in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11:
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Now, just from the reading of this Scripture, it is very obvious, at least to me, that this Scripture is not to be taken literally, and that there is a lot of hidden symbolisms involved--all of which we will be decoding in this session. However, before we can begin to do so, it is imperative that everyone knows that this seminar is a sequel to the seminar series, entitled, “The Rising of the Beast Out of the Sea.” As we get deep into this seminar, we will find “The Rising of the Beast Out of the Sea” to be foundational to our comprehension of the characters and events set forth in today’s seminar. Therefore, it is highly essential to bring everyone forward with some of the facts presented in “The Rising of The Beast Out of The Sea,” so that there will not appear to be anything incomplete about this seminar. So, if we can, let us go back and read Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 1:
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
In “The Rising of the Beast Out of the Sea” we documented that the beast out of the sea euphemistically symbolizes President George W. Bush, while the sea is a figurative representation of the “Roman Catholic Church.” Subsequent documentation substantiated that the dragon of Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 2 is identified as the Supreme Head of the Roman Catholic Church--the Pope of Rome--who gave the beast of the sea President George W. Bush his power, and his seat, as well as great authority to establish THE NEW WORLD ORDER.”
Today we shall
prove beyond a shadow of doubt that, as written President George W. Bush CAN
NOT fulfill the task he has been given alone, and, as a result, will need
the help of “another” beast, as described in Revelation, Chapter
13, verse 11, to fulfill what he “must” do before his time is cut short by the
Almighty God,

It is on the basis of these truths that we begin our journey of identifying the accomplice of President George W. Bush who is another beast coming up out of the earth. With this in mind, we will reread Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11, and proceed our decoding from here:
And I beheld “another beast” coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Our course of study starts with “…another beast…”. The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Rodale, copyright 1978, on page 53, lists another as being the same as “a second and a supplementary.” Supplementary, as referenced in Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1793, means “completing; making up for something that is lacking.” Based upon these definitions, we can perceive that the beast out of earth is second to the first beast--President George W. Bush and, additionally, has the job of completing something by making up for what the first beast--President George W. Bush--is lacking. The Cassell Concise Dictionary & Thesaurus, copyright 1999, on page 622, delineates that to be lacking is “to be mentally deficient.” While, on page 378 of Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, deficient means “not sufficient,” sufficient, on page 1431, means competent; qualified; able.”
It is rather clear, on account of these definitions, that the first beast--President George W. Bush--is without the mental or intellectual competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability to bring about THE NEW WORLD ORDER on his own; and for this reason, will need the mental or intellectual competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability of the beast out of the earth to complete this task. So to be able to speak, this beast will be the brain of his operation to bring in THE NEW WORLD ORDER into fruition.
Now, that we have set a precedence for the responsibility of this beast, let us now view the word “another” in the phrase, “…another beast…,” from yet another perspective. Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 2000, also confirms another as being “different from the one first considered.” In the same source of reference, different is substantiated as “totally unlike in nature.” Hence, we are gleaning from this bit of information that the second beast coming up out of the earth is totally unlike in nature when considered to the first beast--President George W. Bush. What exactly is this saying to us? Let us explore the essence of the word “nature,” that we might gain a better understanding of what determines these two beasts as being totally unlike in nature.
In conferring with Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 2000, the definition of nature is stated as “inherent character.” The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Rodale, copyright 1978, on page 574, renders the equivalent to inherent as “hereditary.” While, hereditary in the Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 667, means “passed down by heredity,” heredity (on the same page) is “the transmission of characteristics from parents or ancestors to offspring by means of genes in the chromosomes.”
These
definitions are important to revealing the identity of this beast, because
these facts, altogether, mean that the beast out of the earth is the
offspring of different parents and ancestors than that of the first
beast--President George W. Bush. And these definitions also denote that because
a totally different set of characteristics of this beast were passed
down or transmitted by means of the genes in the chromosomes then this beast
can only be classified as being quite the contrary of President George W. Bush.

Now that we have reached an understanding of the word “another,” we can now advance to our next word in sequence, which is “beast,” from the phrase “…another beast…” in Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11.
Beast translated in Greek is therion (thay-ree'-on) (#2342) and is found in The New Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Greek Dictionary, copyright 1990, on page 36, as descriptive of “a (wild) beast.” In regard to this translation, we have added an adjective, “wild,” which will, herein after, characterize the individuality of this beast. Allowing for this, we will first define the word “wild,” and then the word “beast.”
Wild (#41.15), recorded in Bartlett’s Roget’s Thesaurus, copyright 1996, on page 67, is equal to “alien.” Alien is documented in Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Tenth Edition, copyright 1999, on page 28, as “a person of another family, race, or nation.” Therefore, on the authority of these credible reference sources, we have just confirmed that not only does the beast out of the earth possess different characteristics by means of the genes in the chromosomes that have been passed down or transmitted from his parents and ancestors but, also, that this beast out of the earth is of an entirely different family, race, or nation of people from that of President George W. Bush. Given that President George W. Bush is white, it is becoming very obvious that this beast is from another race or of another color.
Let us keep the revelations coming by now delving into our next word for decoding, which is “beast.” Beast, from an archaic point of view, is referenced in the etymology section of Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 126 as deriving from Latin bestial meaning “deer.” Deer, on page 378 of the very same reference, is rendered in the etymology section as originating from Indo-European base dhewes meaning “fury.” This is going to be a shocking. The Cassell Concise Dictionary & Thesaurus, copyright 1999, on page 448, describes fury as “a furious woman.” Hence, we have gathered enough proof to undeniably affirm that the beast of Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11 that is coming up out of the earth symbolically represents “a furious woman,” who is from an entirely different family, race, or nation of people than that of President George W. Bush.
Since our research portrays this woman as being “furious,” let us find out what this means. According to The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Rodale, copyright 1978, furious is tantamount to fierce, which in The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 695, means “proud.” Again, in The Synonym Finder (above), on page 955, proud means the same as “distinguished and reputable.”
Taking these definitions under consideration, it is logical for us to definitively assert that the beast in Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11, symbolically represents a highly distinguished and very reputable woman from another family, race, or nation of people, as different from that of President George W. Bush. Thus far, we are able to summarize that this highly distinguished and very reputable woman from another family, race, or nation of people will be the one to stand as second to the first beast--President George W. Bush. Knowing that he does not have the intellectual competency to bring about THE NEW WORLD ORDER, he will use her mental competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability to complete his task. They, together, will share in the task of establishing THE NEW WORLD ORDER, because she will aggressively exert her intellectual competence to compensate for his mental incompetency. Let us read Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11:
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and she had two horns like a lamb, and she spake as a dragon.
This brings us to our next point of discussion which is the phrase, “…coming up out of the earth….” In this phrase, we will discover, even more, about the personal identity of this woman. We will search out her position as a highly distinguished and very reputable woman, especially since she is from another family, race, or nation of people from that of President George W. Bush. In accordance with The Cassell Concise Dictionary, copyright 1998, on page 287-88, come up means “to ascend,” and on page 77, ascend is depicted as “to go from a lower position to a higher position.”
With these irrefutable facts, we can deduce that this highly distinguished and very reputable woman is going from her current position to a higher position out of the earth. In conferring with Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 2000, out of is “used as a function word to indicate a position beyond the range or limits of.” Thus, with all things considered, this highly distinguished and very reputable woman from another family, race, or nation of people from that of President George W. Bush, is going from a current position to a higher position. This higher position, which she is ascending to, is beyond the range or limits of the earth. This further implicates that she will no longer be restricted or confined to the earth, but rather she will receive a higher position. So high, in fact, that it is figuratively described as “beyond” the earth. So here lies a major question, “What does the earth symbolically represent?”
Let us consult the authorities. In keeping with The New Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Greek Dictionary, copyright 1990, on page 20, earth (#1093) is translated in Greek as ge (ghay), and is referenced as “soil; by extension a region.” Let us first define “soil” and then “region.” Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1702, records soil as Latin solium meaning “seat.” On page 1617, the origin of the word seat is sit, which on page 1675 is described as “a position of authority.” This descriptively infers that the earth is delineative of a position of authority that this woman already has, and confirms that she is getting an even higher position of authority: one that will be considered beyond the range and limits of the one she already holds.
Let us continue with the definition of earth, which also means “by extension a region.” Region, on the authority of Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1510, is an “administrative unit.” The noun of administrative is administration. And on page 20, administration is depicted as a “United States Government Agency.” In the same source, it is also defined as “management.” This highly distinguished and very reputable woman’s position of authority is in “management,” particularly an agency in the United States Government. Let us give credence to what this position of management is by consulting with The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 1197, which states that manage the root of management means “to direct,” on page 515, direct is specified as “to advise.”
Based on these new found facts, we have just determined that this highly distinguished and very reputable woman (of a different family, race, or nation of people from that of President George W. Bush) holds the position of “adviser” for an agency in the United States government. This should be sending bells and sirens off in your head, because we have picked up a strong “clue” as to who this person is. We have more convincing evidence to present that will put this subject to rest.
We are still on the path of describing the “earth” from which this beast comes. A second definition of earth is verified in Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 447, as “lair” spelled l-a-i-r. Get ready--this is going to take your breath away. On page 801, lair is “a place of refuge.” Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 2000, attests to refuge as being “a place that provides protection.” Keep in mind, this is describing the place from which she is ascending. Thus, she is ascending from a place that provides protection. The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Rodale, copyright 1978, on page 953, confirms protection to be synonymous to “security.” While, Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Tenth Edition, copyright 1999, on page 1056, describes security as “a department whose task is security, the Chamber’s 21st Century Dictionary, copyright 1996, on page 1269, also defines security as “a staff providing such protection against attack.” In Bartlett’s Roget’s Thesaurus, page 221, security (#181.3), means the same as “national security.”
I think these definitions lay it out very clearly and plainly. Our facts undeniably substantiate that this highly distinguished and very reputable woman (from another family, race, or nation of people than that of President George W. Bush) is presently an “adviser” of an agency in the United States government whose task is security, and has a staff that provides such protection against attack. This department and staff, as we know it today, is called “National Security.” Hence, our evidence concludes, without a doubt, that this highly distinguished and very reputable woman of another family, race, or nation of people is an “adviser” in the United States government agency, “National Security.” Based upon these facts, I’m sure you’ve drawn a mental picture of who this woman is. However, if you haven’t picked up any hints, we call now bring forth our last bit of information to substantiate the true identity of this woman, which is found in the phrase:
“…and she had horns like a lamb…”.
In this phrase, we will unveil the family, race, and nation of people from which she derives. “…And she had horns like a ….” The present tense of had is “have.” In conformity with Webster’s New World Dictionary of the American Language, copyright 1960, on page 664, have means “to hold as a characteristic.” On account of this, this highly distinguished and very reputable woman who serves as National Security Adviser in the United States government holds as a characteristic “two horns like a .”
The New Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Greek Dictionary, copyright 1990, on page 24, renders the Greek word for two as duo (doo'-o) (#1417), meaning “twain.” In Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 2271, twain means “double.” In the same source of reference, on page 553, double is defined as “twice as much.” In light of these facts, this highly distinguished and very reputable woman who is National Security Adviser, and depicted as of another family, race, or nation of people, holds as a characteristic twice as much “horns” like a lamb. What does this mean?
Horns translated in Greek, on the authority of The New Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Greek Dictionary, copyright 1990, on page 42 (#2768), is keras (ker'-as), and is identified as the “hair of the head.” In other words, this is to say that this highly distinguished and very reputable woman--from another family, race, or nation of people--holds as a characteristic twice as much hair on her head, than that of President George W. Bush, and her hair is like that of a lamb. This sounds like another identification of the genes by means of the chromosomes passed down or transmitted from her parents or ancestors, that make her different from President George W. Bush, and that is her hair. I am sure we can all, pretty much, make the assertion of what family, race, or nation of people she is from by way of the hair on her head being like that of a lamb. However, for the sake of clarity we shall continue to present the undeniable facts.
We shall continue with “…like a lamb….” Like in Webster’s Universal College Dictionary, copyright 1997, is denoted as “similar to.” Page 731 of the same dictionary, describes similar as “having a likeness or resemblance, esp. in a general way.” Here, we can take note that the hair of this woman’s head is similar to that of a lamb, meaning that her hair has a likeness or resemblance to that of a lamb in a “general” way.
The Oxford Pocket Dictionary and Thesaurus, American Edition, copyright 1997, on page 443, depicts a lamb as “a young sheep.” On page 732, sheep is pointed out as “a ruminant mammal with a thick woolly coat.” Thus, this says that her hair has a close likeness or resemblance to a lamb in a general way, because of a lamb’s thick woolly coat. In Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 1648, woolly is described as “something resembling wool in texture.” On the same page of the same authority wool is described as “shaggy hair.” Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 2000, characterizes shaggy as “consisting of coarse hair; having a rough nap or texture.”
Thus, when we relate this highly distinguished and very reputable woman’s hair to that of a lamb, it is indicative of the fact that she, in a general way, naturally has thick coarse hair of a rough nap or texture. There is only one family, race, or nation of people to equate hair like a lamb to, and that is the so-called Black folks. Henceforth, we are indisputably confirming with factual documentation that this beast coming up out of the earth in Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11 is a highly distinguished and very reputable black woman who serves as National Security Adviser of an agency in the United States government. Our facts prove, beyond a reasonable dispute, that this is descriptive of none other than “Dr. Condoleeza Rice.” Dr. Condoleeza Rice is considered to be one of the most distinguished and reputable women in America. She is also regarded as the most “powerful” black woman in America and, in fact, the closest to the President of the United States, George W. Bush.
Let us move ahead with our last phrase of this Scripture from Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11, which is:
“…and she spake as a dragon.”
I warn you that this phrase has a whole different spin from how it appears. Dr. Condoleeza Rice doesn’t do much public speaking, so know that this must have some other significance. On the authority of Chamber’s 21st Century Dictionary, copyright 1996, on page 1347, speak the modern form of the archaic “spake” means “to communicate.” Hence, this determines that Dr. Condoleeza Rice will communicate as a dragon. Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 295, defines communicate as “to give or exchange information, signals, or messages.”
As we spoke early, President George W. Bush is intellectually incapable of taking on the task of setting up THE NEW WORLD ORDER by himself, thus, it is Dr. Condoleeza Rice who will exchange pertinent information, give relevant signals, and send important messages to prepare him for this job. Have you heard that President George W. Bush does not make a decision or move on an action without consulting with his “adviser,” Dr. Condoleeza Rice, first? It is because of her superb “intelligence,” and his total dependence on her to exchange pertinent information, give relevant signals, and send important messages to him that he is able to do and accomplish what he does.
Let us continue to define the word “communicate” from the word speak, as we are concluding the phrase, “…and she spake as a dragon.” In the aforementioned dictionary, on the very same page, speak also means “to have a meaningful and sympathetic relationship. What does this say? It says that Dr. Condoleeza Rice has a meaningful and sympathetic relationship with President George W. Bush. First, we will define the word meaningful and then the word sympathetic. The Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1119, affirms that meaningful is “with meaning.” On the same page, meaning is “inner importance.” Thus, her relationship with President George W. Bush signifies an inner importance. What is this “inner” importance?
On page 926, inner means “privileged.” And in The Oxford Pocket Dictionary and Thesaurus, American Edition, copyright 1997, on page 630, privileged is characterized as “elite.” In accordance with Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 461, elite means to be “part of a group regarded as the finest, best, most distinguished, most powerful, etc.” From these definitions, we can conclude that Dr. Condoleeza Rice’s relationship with President George W. Bush comes from her importance as being a part of the elite--a group regarded as the finest, best, most distinguished, and most powerful. It is obvious that she is not your most typical person: for one, she is black; and two, she is a woman. History shows that neither black folk, nor women gain high positions in this society without some kind of hidden agenda. We are discovering that Dr. Condoleeza Rice’s hidden agenda derives from her association with this “elite” group.
We are still in the process of defining the word “privileged” from her meaningful relationship with President George W. Bush, coming from the word “communicate,” which came from the word “speak,” as in “…she spake as a dragon.” The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Rodale, copyright 1978, on page 938, gives a synonym of privileged as “inside.” Inside is described in Chamber’s 21st Century Dictionary, copyright 1996, on page 703, as “coming from people within a specified circle.” On the authority of the Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 331, circle is “a group of people who share a ‘common’ interest.” Thus, Dr. Condoleeza Rice’s relationship with President George W. Bush derives from her coming from an elite circle--regarded as the finest, best, most distinguished, and most powerful group of people who share a “common” interest. Thus, because Dr. Condoleeza Rice and President George W. Bush are both a part of this same elite circle, their relationship has been defined by a “common” interest in which they share.
From our definition of communicate, deriving from the word speak, we not only found out that she has a meaningful relationship with President George W. Bush, but that she also has one that is sympathetic. In conformity with Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1807, sympathetic derives from the word sympathy, and it means “allegiance or loyalty to a cause.” This, firmly establishes that not only is Dr. Condoleeza Rice’s and President George W. Bush’s relationship defined by a “common” interest in which they share as a part of this elite circle--regarded as the finest, best, most distinguished, and most powerful group--it is also built upon her loyalty and allegiance to a cause. This cause is depicted in another definition of “communicate,” which derives from the word “speak,” as in “…she spake as a dragon.”
Communicate is referenced in Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 295 as “to make common.” This surely ratifies that Dr. Condoleeza Rice shares President George W. Bush’s loyalty and allegiance to a cause, which is to make common. However, we have found that President George W. Bush does not have the mental competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability to make common, so, subsequently, Dr. Condoleeza Rice, as a part of this elite circle, will use her “intelligence” to assist him in his responsibility to make common.
According to Webster’s Universal College Dictionary, copyright 1997, on page 162, common means, “united.” The Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1942, defines united as “made one by or from union,” and on page 1941, union is “an alliance.” Alliance, defined in accordance with American Dictionary of the English Language, copyright 1995, page 51, is “the union among nations.” Hence, the higher position that Dr. Condoleeza Rice has that is beyond the range or limits of her job as National Security Adviser will be to use her “intelligence”--her mental competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability--to bring a union among all nations, so as to make them ONE. However, this Scripture tells us that she must do this as a “dragon.” This is how she shall fulfill her “part” as being among this elite circle, who shares a “common” interest.
The Bartlett’s Roget’s Thesaurus, on page 519, identifies union of nations (#566.2) as “World Government.” Thus, her allegiance and loyalty to fulfill this common interest among the elite circle will be specifically to use her mental competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability to make all nations ONE through a “WORLD GOVERNMENT,” also called THE NEW WORLD ORDER.” And this she will do “as a dragon,” in accordance with the last part of Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 11.
As in the Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 73, is characterized as “in the role of something.” Based upon this, we see that she will use her mental competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability to make all nations ONE through a WORLD GOVERNMENT, also called THE NEW WORLD ORDER--in the role of a dragon. What does dragon mean? Dragon is classified in Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 1953, on page 250 as “a very strict person.” The Cassell Concise Dictionary, copyright 1998, on page 1460, defines strict as “enforcing rules precisely; not lax.”
Thus, President George W. Bush is using Dr. Condoleeza Rice, not only because of her intelligence, but because he knows that she is very strict--meaning she will not be “lax” in enforcing rules concerning the WORLD GOVERNMENT or THE NEW WORLD ORDER “precisely.” On page 1415 of the Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, precise, the root of precisely means “exact and specific; very careful about details.” Even more, he knows that Dr. Condoleeza Rice is very exact and specific in enforcing rules, and because she is very careful about details, he knows that she will enforce rules concerning the WORLD GOVERNMENT or THE NEW WORLD ORDER with accuracy.
Also in Webster’s Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 1989, on page 380, dragon is described as “baneful.” Baneful, on page 128, means the same as “poisonous.” Poison, the noun of poisonous, is referenced in Encarta World English Dictionary, copyright 1999, on page 1392, as “exercising an insidious influence.” Webster’s New World College Dictionary, copyright 2001, on page 739, describes insidious as “operating in a not easily apparent manner; more dangerous than seems evident.” Webster’s Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 1989, on page 626, also defines insidious as “developing so gradually as to be well established before becoming apparent.”
Thus, Dr. Condoleeza Rice’s mental competency, practical qualifications, and innate ability will cause her to be so exact, specific, and careful about details that she will operate in a not easily apparent manner, as the same manner in which she does today. Most people have no idea that Dr. Condoleeza Rice is the intelligence behind President George W. Bush, and that she exchanges pertinent information, gives relevant signals, and sends important messages to him, which dictates all of his actions. Thus, because Dr. Condoleeza Rice has a non apparent influence over President George W. Bush she is more dangerous than evident, thus, authenticating her role as a dragon.
Her allegiance and loyalty to this “common” interest that she and President George W. Bush both share as a part of the elite circle--a group regarded as the finest, best, most distinguished, and most powerful--will cause Dr. Condoleeza Rice to utilize her superb intelligence to gradually develop the WORLD GOVERNMENT or THE NEW WORLD ORDER with such great precision and careful detail--by influencing the actions of President George W. Bush with her pertinent information, relevant signals, and important messages--that it will be well established before it even becomes apparent--illustrative of her role as a dragon. On the account of this, let us read Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 12, in part <stop at the first comma>:
And she exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him,….
